Ingredients:

  • 1/2-1 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Melt 1 stick of butter over low heat.
  2. Stir in honey.
  3. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature, whisking occasionally.
  4. Place saucepan in the refrigerator to cool.
  5. As it starts to cool, remove and whisk every few minutes to blend in the honey.
  6. Return the saucepan to the refrigerator between whiskings.
  7. Continue whisking until butter is chilled through and light in color.
