Honey Baked French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 15 large eggs
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 loaf french bread

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, cream, honey and nutmeg together.
  2. Slice bread into 10 slices.
  3. Dip into egg mixture and arrange in greased rectangular pan.
  4. Pour remaining egg mixture over bread.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight turning slices once.
  6. Uncover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with warm maple syrup.
