Honey and Walnut Crusted Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz wild salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 and spray a lined baking sheet with nonstick spray and place fillets skin side down.
  2. Season salmon with salt & pepper.
  3. Stir together honey and mustard and spoon over tops and sides of fillets.
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts and bake 10-15 until salmon is cooked to your liking.
