Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp arrowroot
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper

Directions:

  1. Comebine all in a blender and process until mixture thickens.
  2. Store up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
