Like a tangy salad dressing from Cooking Free
Ingredients:
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons sweet rice flour
1 teaspoon arrowroot
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. comebine all in a blender and process until mixture thickens.
2. store up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
