Homemade Greek Seasoning Mix

Ingredients:

  • 10 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Store in an air-tight container (I like to re-purpose empty spice jars).
  3. Keep on hand for seasoning homemade pita chips or ground meats. Use as a rub for steaks, lamb chops, or chicken pieces.
