  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese.
  4. Now add half of the cheese and mix.
  5. Pour into dish or pie plate.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes.
