Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour a generous amount of convection sugar into a brown bag,
  2. Take the individual Pillsbury Biscuts and cut out a center hole in them...(using a simple mini-sized cookie cutter),
  3. **MAKE SURE YOU SAVE THE CUT OUT HOLES!!**
  4. Heat up your frying pan and get the oil sizzling in the pan,
  5. Once you have all the hole taken out of the biscuts, put the biscuts in one or two at a time (depending on the size of your pan),
  6. Let them sizzle and fry until it turns golden brown then flip,
  7. Once golden brown on each side it should have plumped up into doughnut form,
  8. Remove from heat and place into brown bag of convection sugar,
  9. Shake vigoriously for 2-3 minutes and remove from bag,
  10. The sugar will melt into glaze - let harden,
  11. For all the doughnut holes, cook them the same way as the ful doughnuts and you will make your own Pop'ems,
  12. You can make any kind of doughnut toppings or flavors you would like. For a chocolate doughnut, melt chocolate and cover the fried doughnut with it and let cool and harden - for any kind of iced doughnuts, you can buy your own icing and spread it on the hot doughnut.
