Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté onion and celery until brown.
  2. Add liquid from clams, diced potatoes, water and vermouth.
  3. Simmer until potatoes are barely tender.
  4. Add clams, milk, butter, salt, cayenne pepper and white pepper. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally then serve hot.
