Directions:

  1. Saute vegetables until tender.
  2. Add flour, stir until foamy.
  3. Add chicken stock and milk. Stir. Add cornstarch, cubed cheese, parsley and pepper.
  4. Heat through.
  5. Add thawed broccoli.
  6. Heat through and serve.
