Homemade Chicken Shake & Bake Coating

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Place in small freezer bags and store in freezer.
  3. To use, roll chicken pieces in mixture. Bake 350 for 1-2 hours.
  4. Yields enough to cover 2 frying chickens.
