Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 quart 1/2 and1/2
  • dash of salt
  • 1 and 1/2 bags of ice
  • ice cream freezer

Directions:

  1. Place sugar in large mixing bowl
  2. Add eggs
  3. Add vanilla
  4. Add salt
  5. Mix well
  6. Continue to mix while adding 1/2 and 1/2 and whipping cream
  7. Mix until sugar has disolved
  8. Pour into freezer can
  9. Place into freezer pack with ice rotationg with ice cream salt
  10. Turn on freezer and wait unit freezer stops
