Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes and onion in boiling water until tender, drain.
  2. Add cream cheese, butter, and milk.
  3. Beat until combined with a mixer and add eggs and salt.
  4. Continue to mix until potatoes are fluffy.
  5. Pour into greased casserole dish, top with chopped fresh chives
  6. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
