Ingredients:

  • 3 cup. flour
  • 2 cup. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 11/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup. chopped pecans (optional use any of the fallowing that u prefer)
  • 1 cup. coconut
  • 1 large can crushed pineapples
  • 11/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine all dry ingrediants togehterall but fruits and nuts
  2. In seperate bowl mix together eggs, oil,and vanilla together till frothy.
  3. Put dry ingrediants in wet ingrediants (doing the muffin methid)
  4. Then mix well.. add in fruits and nuts
  5. Prepare your baking dish with lightly greesed and floured.
  6. Preheat oven at 350 degrees back for 11/2 hours.
  7. Makes 2 loafs
  8. Cool and enjoy!
