Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 cup. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup. peanut buttr
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 3/4 cup. quick cooking oats

Directions:

  1. Combine in a medium size heavy sauce pan the sugar,milk, and cocoa. Bring to a boil over medium heat,stirring constantly and let boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla and stir until peanut butter is melted.
  3. Add oats and stir until well coated.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
  5. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen
