Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp almond oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place a little oil and butter in seasoned pan. Cook until desired. Sprinkle pancakes with blueberries.
