Hersheys Perfectly Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup hershey's cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil,
  3. And vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in boiling water. (Batter will be thin).
  4. Pour into two 9 round greased and floured pans. Bake 30-35 minutes . Cool 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely.
  6. Frost with your favorite frosting.
