Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in pan. Add milk gradually. Mix and

  4. Degrees (soft ball).
  5. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Do not stir.
  6. Allow fudge to cool to 100 degrees. Beat until loses its gloss and
  7. Pour into buttered pan.
