Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp lavender
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage

Directions:

  1. Crush the fennel seeds finely with a mortar and pestle (or use a coffee grinder or food processor).
  2. Combine all the herbs in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.
