Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lb fish

Directions:

  1. Mix salad dressing and seasonings and 1/2 of the lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. Place fish on greased rack of broiler pan.
  3. Brush with salad dressing mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  5. This is optional.
  6. Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Sprinkle with rest of lemon juice just before serving.
