Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a pot, put the onions, bay leaves, stock cube and water.
  2. Cover and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Uncover the pot, add the squash and sweet potatoes.
  5. Cover and allow to cook for further 10 minutes.
  6. Add carrots and celery and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add watercress and serve immediately.
  8. Enjoy!
