Healthy Sesame Ginger Kale Salad W/ Flax Oil

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (gomasio) or 1 tbsp sesame salt ( gomasio)
  • 2 tbsp braggs amino acids or 2 tbsp soy sauce, of choice
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ground fresh flax seed (optional)


  1. Briefly steam kale then rinse with cold water to stop and set aside to drain.
  2. Mix garlic, garlic and wet ingredients, then pour over well drained kale greens.
  3. Sprinkle sesame mix and (optional flax) over and let sit for at least half an hour.
