Healthy Oatmeal Craisin Waffles or Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbsp corn oil
  • 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup craisins

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the craisins.
  2. Spoon the batter onto the griddle or waffle iron, and sprinkle however many cranberries you desire on top.
  3. Bake like normal.
