Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp of frangelico your favorite liqueur (hazelnut liquer)
  • 1 tbsp light rum

Directions:

  1. Heat butter in a skillet to foaming.
  2. Add 1/4 thick banana rounds and toss to coat.
  3. Add brown sugar and toss till dissolved.
  4. Add frangelico and rum.
  5. Toss all till a nice coating on bananas develops.
  6. Serve hot on top of your favorite pie or ice cream.
