Hamour Fillets With Orange Mustard Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 tsp brown sugar
  • 680 g perch fillets
  • nonstick cooking spray, as required

Directions:

  1. Bring the first three ingredients to a boil in a heavy non-reactive saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Boil for a minute.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. Coat a broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Place fillets, skin side down, on the pan.
  6. Brush with mustard mixture.
  7. Broil 10 cm from heat source.
  8. Broil for 4-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  9. Serve hot.
