  1. Spray 12 skillet with nonstick cooking spray and warm over medium heat. Pan-fry hamburgers about 4 minutes, sprinkle with steak seasoning, turn, cook about 4 minutes more, sprinkle with steak seasoning remove to platter lined with paper towels. Place paper towels over top and weight with plate to remove excess fat. Rinse and clean skillet.
  2. In the meantime, spray 8 skillet with non-stick cooking spray, add 1/2 Tbl butter, and warm skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, and zucchini. Sprinkle with onion powder and Italian seasonings. Stir until well-blended. Cook until vegetables are tender, truning and adding remaining 1/2 Tbl butter as needed.
  3. Drain and reserve liquid from stewed tomatoes. Cut tomatoes into chunks and add to vegetable skillet, bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer.
  4. Add liquid from tomatoes to large skillet, together with beef broth and spaghetti sauce. Stir until well-blended. Bring just to boil over medium high heat, then fold into vegetables in small skillet.
  5. Return hamburger patties to large skillet, laying evenly in a ring, overlapping patties slightly if necessary. Pour vegetables and sauce over hamburgers, spreading evenly. Cover with spatter screen and continue to simmer on low heat.
  6. Prepare egg noodles as directed, omitting salt. Rinse and drain.
  7. Remove hamburgers to platter.
  8. Add noodles to sauce in large skillet. Fold gently until well-blended.
  9. Serve hamburgers with pasta and vegetable side dish. (Each serving is 1 hamburger and 3/4 cup pasta/vegetables.)
