Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In meduim bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Microwave 45 seconds stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in minced onion.
  3. Lay ham slices flat and spead with cream cheese mixture.Tightly roll up.
  4. Slice logs into 1/4 wide rings.
  5. Arrange flat on serving platter,
  6. Cover and chill till ready to serve.
