Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the apple in a small saucepan with one tablespoon water.
  2. Cook over medium heat until tender but not mushy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the ham and pepper relish ( Red Pepper Relish Red Pepper Relish ).
  5. Stir in the apple and blend well.
  6. Cover and chill well before serving.
