Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Have your oven at 400 degrees.
  2. Mix in small bowl,the deviled ham and breadcrumbs.
  3. Roll out the pastry dough to about 1/8 thick,cut into rounds to fill over the outside of muffin cups,trim edge.
  4. Place upside down on baking sheet,bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven to 375 degrees.
  6. Cool shells slightly,remove shells from muffin cups,and place the baked shells on a baking sheet.
  7. Carefully spoon ham mixture in the bottom of shells.
  8. Top with the grated gruyere cheese,then sliced olives.
  9. In a small bowl,beat egg,half and half,salt and pepper,whisk until combined.
  10. Pour egg mixture over olives in the pastry shells.
  11. Bake 15 to 16 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  12. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  13. Serves 6- Minus Grandads
  14. ~His way of having quiche for supper...was go ahead and make it.
  15. Put it in a hot oven,bake it...and in the mean time get out the biggest steak ,slap it in the fry pan,cook until done...eat it.
  16. As for the quiche just let it bake on,but otherwise,pay it no mind.~
