Halibut with Citrus-Fennel Relish

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle fish with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
  2. Combine fennel, orange, fennel frond, remaining 1 tablespoon oil, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper; toss gently. Serve with fish.
