Gruyere Monterey Jack Feta Fondue

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice garlic clove in half length-wise
  2. Rub inside of fondue pot or small sauce pan throughly with garlic clove (discard cloves after)
  3. Pour white wine into fondue pot and heat over medium
  4. Add monterey jack and gruyere cheese and stir with a wooden spoon until melted
  5. Stir in crumbled feta
  6. Serve with cubed french bread, toasted garlic bread, or your favorite bread.
