Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) jar of hot, medium or mild salsa,(such as gringo brand)if you can'tsp find that brand, just make sure it's a smoky salsa. if you substitute a non smoky brand, you may want to add a drop or 2 of liquid smoke.
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 lb frozen precooked meatballs , thawed9trader joes has some awesome meatballs)

Directions:

  1. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Combine salsa, honey, ginger and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl
  4. Add meatballs
  5. Stir gently to coat
  6. Transfer meatballs and sauce to baking dish
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour
