Ingredients:

  • 4 (6-oz) striped bass fillets
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • cooking spray
  • fiery grilled peach and habanero salsa
  • ginger-nectarine salsa

Directions:

  1. Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle striped bass fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place fish on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with desired salsa.
