Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl whisk together first 5 ingredients until well blended
  2. Set 1/2 cup aside
  3. Place shrimp on oiled grid over medium-high heat; grill basting with remaining dressing mixture until shrimp are opaque, about 2 to 3 minutes
  4. In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, provel, green onion and bacon bits
  5. Drizzle reserved dressing mixture over top; toss to coat
  6. Divide among 6 individual serving plates
  7. Top each with 1 shrimp skewer
