Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped  Zucchini Spears

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium -small zucchini (about 6 oz ea) quartered lengthwise
  • 10 vert thin slices prosciutto(about 5 oz total) each slice halved lengthwise

Directions:

  1. Preheat gas grill on high or prepare med-hot fire in a charcoal grill. While grill heats,toss zucchini spears with oil and pepper to taste,then wrap each spear with half a slice of prosciutto. Grill spears until zucchini is tender and prosciutto crisp.,about 7 mins,turning twice.
  2. Arrange spears on platter,sprinkle with basil and serve warm.
