Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place potatoes in center of 18 inch long piece of heavy duty foil.
  3. Drizzle with water and oil.
  4. Bring uo foil sides.
  5. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat to circulate.
  6. Grill 18 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Cut slits in packet to release steam.
  8. Open packet.
  9. Drizzle potatoes with dressing,sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
