Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Puree tomatoes and paste in a food processor.
  2. Saute garlic in hot oil.
  3. Do not brown.
  4. Add tomatoes,oregano,salt,pepper, and wine.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat,stir in parsley.
