Grilled Mahi Mahi Steaks

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 lbs mahi mahi steaks

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl.
  2. Place Mahi Mahi in a zip lock bag and pour marinade over steaks.
  3. Seal and place in refrigerator for 30 min.
  4. Preheat Grill on Medium high
  5. Using vegtable oil, oil grill and place steaks on grill grate.
  6. Grill for 3-5 min on each side.
  7. Serve with rice and top with favorite salsa.
