Grilled Lemon Chicken/Steak Kebabs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine marinade ingredients well.
  2. Pour over chicken, bell pepper and onion.
  3. Marinade for one hour (If your using chuck double the marinating time).
  4. Alternate meat and veggies on skewers.
  5. Chicken: Broil or grill until done (juices run clear).
  6. Steak: 10-15 minutes for med-rare.
  7. Note: If using wooden skewers, soak in water 30 minutes prior to use so they won't burn.
