Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix honey, mustard, and pepper.
  2. Cook chops 4-5 in from heat 15 minutes, turning occ.
  3. Continue cooking and basting with sauce another 6-8 minutes until chops are done.
