Directions:

  1. Whisk together the peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, curry powder, and garlic. Place chicken in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade and grill, covered, over medium high heat (375 F) 15 to 20 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
