Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Lightly spray and 8-inch square baking dish with vegetable cooking
  3. Spray.
  4. Layer green tomatoes with salt, pepper, butter and cheddar cheese in greased baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are tender.
  6. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and drizzle with butter.
  7. Bake 5 minutes longer.
