Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl combine whipping cream and green onions.
  3. Add all at once to flour mixture; stir until just moistened.
  4. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  5. Knead by folding and gently pressing for 6 to 8 strokes or just until dough holds together.
  6. Roll or pat dough into an 8 inch square.
  7. Cut into 2 inch square biscuits.
  8. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  9. Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  10. Brush with melted butter.
  11. Bake for about 18 minutes or until golden.
  12. Remove from baking sheet.
  13. Serve warm.
