Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Blend together flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients.
  4. Combine then add egg, milk, honey and butter.
  5. Stir only until combined, the batter should be lumpy.
  6. Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
