Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thinly pare the lime skin, and cut into thin strips.
  2. Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds, rinse in cold water and drain well.
  3. Chill.
  4. Squeeze the juice from the lime into a glass bowl big enough to hold the fruit.
  5. Remove skin and seeds from melons, and dice in 1-inch cubes.
  6. Remove stems from grapes and cut in half.
  7. Peel kiwis and cut in eights.
  8. Thinly slice the star fruit.
  9. Core and thinly slice apples.
  10. Place all the fruit in the glass bowl and stir to mix with the lime juice.
  11. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  12. Before serving add the sparking grape juice and sprinkle with lime peel.
