Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Husk and wash tomatillos. Slice into wedges.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine tomatillos, chiles, onion, garlic, chicken broth and seasonings.
  3. Brng to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour into blender and pulse to desired consistency.
