Green Cactus Chimichurri

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain cactus, add to food processor.
  2. Add juice of lemon and lime, garlic and red pepper.
  3. Add fresh cilantro to taste if desired.
  4. Turn on food processor and then stream in about 1/2 cup olive oil, or until makes a nice consistency.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Enjoy!
