Greek Rice Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Add lemon Pepper, oregano, garlic and oil to hot rice and stir to combine.
  3. Remove from pot and into a mixing bowl.
  4. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes.
  5. Add cucumber, olives and Feta.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
