Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place red bell pepper, onions, cilantro,mint,garlic,egg, salt and pepper in food processor, pulse till finely chopped.
  3. Mix together potatoes, lamb, and vegetable mixture.
  4. Roll medium size meatballs and place on ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 18 minutes.
