Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Wash fillets, pat dry, and place on backing dish.
  3. Salt and pepper lightly
  4. After chopping all place onion, tomato, pepper, and mushrooms over fillets.
  5. Pour melted butter over fillets and bake for 10 minutes
  6. Broil for 5 minutes
  7. Remove fillets from oven, sprinkle cheeses over top and return to broiler to melt cheese
  8. Serve immediately
